Child Protection Policy
The procedures dissociated with poor parenting and child neglect are of top importance. Such procedures are of utmost importance to us hence, we have established the Our Child Protection Policy. We ensure enhanced supervision regarding physical and emotional well being of the children involved in our activities. Additionally, we pay attention to every aspect starting from reporting child abuse to making sure all employees have passed the background checks and the relevant training. It is our duty to make sure all children feel safe, thus this policy is revised constantly.
Equality and Diversity Policy
Our policy on equality and diversity boosts inclusion while facilitating the avoidance of discrimination on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or age. We are committed to fostering an environment that shows respect for every individual, treating them with honor and dignity which helps us strengthen our community.
Safeguarding Children and Young People Policy
This policy protects children and youth from any form of abuse as outlined. It contains procedures on how to recruit, train and practice to ensure safety and protection of young participants at all times. This policy is complementary to our Child Protection Policy in that it attends to all forms of physical and emotional abuse.

Tennis Section Byelaws
The Tennis Section has byelaws which provide information on how members are expected to behave and how the facilities should be used. Their main purpose is providing equity in enjoying the services of the section, keeping the courts in a satisfactory condition, and encouraging a sense of friendly competition. The Tennis Section Committee implements the section byelaws, which may be revised from time to time with suggestions from the members.
